FLEX: Individual Classes
ACADEMY Tuition
Supply fees - the microschool days + a few classes do have additional supply fees.
EXPERIENCES
Workshops, Camps, Field trips & Field Trip Bundles, Events, etc are all individually priced.
- 1 hour weekly class: $365/year ($38.50/month)
- Theater: $660/year ($70/month)
- 1 full day: $1,500/year ($160/month)
- 2 full days: $2,800/year ($290/month)
- 3 full days: $4,100/year ($420/month)
- 4 full days: $5,200/year ($530/month)
ACADEMY Tuition
- $4750 per year or 10 monthly payments of $500
- Additional classes or days may be added on for Academy Students

We will be approved as a vendor AND Private School for 26-27 soon! (Be sure to select iCreate Collaborative as your private school before June 15 if you are choosing the academy. )
OPEN ED & HARMONY ED
You can print your invoice and submit to either of these programs to get your tuition paid when the reimbursement period begins.

Policies
Add/Drop Classes - all class changes must be made by Tuesday, Sept 8th. If there are needed class changes after that date, there will be a $35 per class change fee.
Financial Commitment - When you register, you're committing to paying for the entire school year-long program. We depend on the tuition to fund our program for the school year, not just portions thereof. If your student starts after the first day of school, the tuition amount remains the same amount. If there is availablilty, your student may join at the semester.
Refund Policy - The registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition (Pro-rated and less a 10% fee and any supply fees) can be refunded for up to two weeks after the first day of class. After the first two weeks, tuition is not considered refundable.
Our tuition is intentionally set well below most comparable programs, which means every dollar collected is essential to sustaining iCreate Academy. Families who are concerned about the possibility of early withdrawal may choose to purchase tuition‑refund insurance for added peace of mind.
Any refunds given to UFA Scholarship students will be remitted through the UFA program manager’s system and not given directly to the parent of a scholarship student or the scholarship student.
We also work with other scholarship and grant programs and adhere to their policies on refunds and other things.
