The iCreate Teen Leadership Program serves students ages 12 to 18 who want a serious, structured learning experience. It works as a primary education for families who want a full program with real academics, leadership, mentorship, and outcomes. It also works as a powerful supplement for families who are homeschooling and want something richer and more structured than what they can create alone.

Families choose how much participation makes sense. Some attend just the Monday and Wednesday core program. Others pair the core with Tuesday and Thursday enrichment classes to build a fuller educational week. Either way, students receive real instruction, real accountability, real mentors, and a real community.

Students leave having built the skills, the character, the relationships, and the portfolio to move confidently into whatever comes next.

Leadership, team challenges, discussion, and goal-setting. Every day begins with the whole teen community together.

Personalized instruction in Deep Dive courses, language studio, and mathematics, grouped by readiness and matched to each student's learning plan.

Lunch and Movement

A real break built into every day.

Afternoon Learning

Summit project work, applied learning, and additional coursework based on each student's personalized plan and goals.

The Teen Leadership Program is organized into five one-hour blocks, allowing students to build individualized schedules while maintaining a consistent daily rhythm. Student placement in each track is individualized based on readiness and goals. Schedule is subject to adjustment.

The Teen Leadership Program is intentionally designed to develop academics, leadership, character, and real-world capability at the same time, not as separate pursuits.

Leadership and Character

Confidence, communication, resilience, integrity, and the ability to lead themselves before they lead others. These are not taught occasionally. They are practiced every single day.

Strong Academic Foundations

History, science, mathematics, language, and communications taught at the right level for each student. Challenging without being one-size-fits-all. Deep without being overwhelming.

Critical Thinking and Communication

Students learn to ask better questions, analyze ideas, make decisions, and communicate clearly. These skills show up in every class, every discussion, and every project they undertake.

Independence and Responsibility

For students ready to go further.

Summit is for students who are ready to take real ownership of their education. Rather than following a set schedule, Summit students work with mentors to build a personalized high school experience around projects, internships, and meaningful learning that connects to their actual future.

A Summit student's week might include

Freedom Seminar

Before students can direct their education, they must learn to direct themselves. Freedom Seminar builds the habits, mindset, and practical skills that make independent learning actually work.

Project Studio

This is where ideas become real things. Students work on long-term projects connected to their interests and goals, with mentorship and full access to the Teen Makerspace throughout.

Flexible by design.
Two to four days, you choose.

Every family is different, and every teenager has unique strengths, interests, and goals. That is why the Teen Leadership Program is designed to be flexible. Students attend the core program every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Families may also choose to add Tuesday and Thursday enrichment classes, creating a customized two-day or four-day educational experience.

Is this a full educational program or a supplement?

It is a full educational program. Students attend every Monday and Wednesday for 5.5 hours of structured academics, leadership development, mentorship, and community. This is not a co-op or enrichment class. It is where their education happens.

What ages is this designed for?

The program is designed for students ages 12 to 18, all learning together in one unified teen community. Students are placed into specific courses based on readiness and maturity, not age or grade level.

How is the academic schedule personalized?

Every student builds a personalized schedule based on their readiness, interests, and goals. One student may take Algebra while another is in Mathematical Reasoning. Humanities, science, and communications are consistent, but math and language are matched to each learner.

Can my teen earn high school credit?

Yes. For families who want to document high school coursework, students may earn credit through our optional pay-per-credit program. This preserves full flexibility while supporting college and future planning.

Is the Summit Program right for every student?

Summit is designed for students ages 15 and up who are ready for greater independence and ownership of their education. Admission is by application and interview. Students do not need their future figured out. They just need the willingness to learn, grow, and take the next step.

Can we add Tuesday and Thursday classes?

Yes. Many families add Tuesday and Thursday enrichment classes to build a four-day educational week around what their teen loves, from STEM to theater to entrepreneurship and more.
