What Is iCreate Flex?

A fully customizable educational ecosystem for K-12 families.

iCreate Flex is not a set program. It is an open ecosystem of educational opportunities that families build around their child. You decide how much, how often, and which experiences make sense for your family right now.

From STEM and entrepreneurship to theater and experiential learning, Flex offers a wide variety of engaging, hands-on options. Some families use Flex to supplement their homeschool with a few enriching classes each week. Others build a near-full schedule using microschool days, enrichment programs, and theater. Both approaches work. That is the point.

Families stay fully responsible for their child's education. iCreate Flex gives you the tools, the community, and the experiences to make that education extraordinary.

Structured academic and project-based learning experiences that go beyond textbooks. Students work through core subjects in an engaging, hands-on environment alongside peers. These programs are most likely to include portfolios, evaluations, and progress tracking.

How Flexibility and Responsibility Work

iCreate Flex is designed to give families maximum freedom while being completely honest about how responsibility works. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Your Child. Your Call.
There is no required number of days. Families decide how many classes and programs to participate in. You build the schedule that makes sense for your family right now, and adjust as things change.
Parent Responsibility
Parents remain fully responsible for their child's education regardless of how many iCreate programs they participate in. iCreate Flex supports and enriches what you are already doing. It does not replace it.
Tracking and Portfolios
Some classes include portfolios, evaluations, and progress tracking. Not all classes provide those supports. Monday and Wednesday microschool programs are most likely to include these elements.
Support When You Need It
Families may receive help with customized learning plans, homeschool support, and instructional guidance. Communication between families and staff is always encouraged throughout the year.
Requirements and Fees

Clear, honest, and straightforward.

Registration Fee
  • $125 per family
  • or $50 per individual student
  • Required to secure your spot
Class Costs
Individual Classes
  • 1 hour weekly class: $365/year ($38.50/month)
  • Theater: $660/year ($70/month)
Full Day Pricing
  • 1 full day: $1,500/year ($160/month)
  • 2 full days: $2,800/year ($290/month)
  • 3 full days: $4,100/year ($420/month)
  • 4 full days: $5,200/year ($530/month)
Payment plans available over 10 equal monthly payments, August through May.
Extra Fees
  • Microschool days and some classes may have additional supply fees
Volunteer Requirement
  • All families have a volunteer requirement
  • Fulfill by volunteering your time on campus
  • Or by contributing goods to the community
Volunteer participation is how we keep the iCreate community strong and tuition affordable for everyone.
Parent Attendance
  • Parents and guardians are generally required to attend most extra activities and events for students under 12
